Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’ “The King will reply, ‘I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.’      Matthew 25:37-40

JANUARY MISSION: HOPE HOUSE

Who We Are - Rappahannock Refuge, Inc., better known as Hope House, was established in 1987 to serve homeless women and their children from the City of Fredericksburg and the counties of Spotsylvania, Stafford, King George, and Caroline. We are a non-profit, 501(c)3, transitional facility where families can stay up to two years. After successfully completing the program, six months of case management follow-up is available for families who move to permanent housing.

Our Mission - is to provide homeless mothers and their children with safe housing and the opportunities to transition to successful, independent living.

To support the January Mission - please make your check out to Hillcrest UMC, and write in the memo line “January Mission” and place in the offering plate.
